Lead Business Analyst

Must Have Experience:

• Lead Business Analyst from Airline Industry but willing to take overall good Lead Business Analyst.
• Must have Agile methodology experience
• Must have SQL experience
• Must have Python experience

Job Summary:

• The Lead Business Analyst at HCL will be responsible for overseeing data analysis, business analysis, and Agile methodology to drive business objectives and improvements. They will play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and implementing Agile strategies for effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.

Skill Requirements:

• Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL, python, or r.
• Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Experience working in agile environments using methodologies like scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Analytical mindset with a detail oriented and problem-solving approach.
• Project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay Range Minimum: 108,000k

Pay Range Maximum: 169,000k

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
