What You Will Do
Design and implement scalable applications using AWS, Ruby on Rails, and Next.js to improve healthcare delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain robust PostgreSQL databases to support application functionality and data integrity.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability through effective monitoring and troubleshooting.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
2–6 years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on web applications.
Proficiency in AWS services, Ruby on Rails, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for developing innovative solutions in the healthcare sector.
Preferred
Experience with healthcare applications or familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries beyond Next.js, such as React or Angular.
Understanding of CI/CD processes and experience with automated testing frameworks.
Compensation and Benefits
