Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and assessment tools
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and school staff
• Ability to adapt to onsite, hybrid, remote, or travel work environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support educational goals
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with state and district policies
• Support students ranging from preschool through high school as assigned
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
