Essential Qualifications:

• Active EC General Curriculum licensure (required)
• Experience in special education settings, particularly with elementary-aged students
• Ability to plan and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Comfortable delivering instruction in resource, pull-out, and inclusion models
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to a caseload of 17 students in 3rd to 5th grades
• Utilize a range of teaching strategies and interventions across resource, pull-out, and inclusion settings
• Develop, monitor, and document individualized educational plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with general education teachers and other school professionals to support student integration and progress
• Maintain regular communication with families regarding progress, goals, and strategies
• Advocate for student needs and work collaboratively to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
