Assistant Retail Store Manager

We’re looking for a Store Manager who leads with energy, ownership, and pride—someone who can build a high-performing team, create an exceptional guest experience, and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment. What You’ll Do: As Store Manager, you are responsible for leading all aspects of store performance, including people, operations, merchandising, and customer experience. You will: Lead, coach, and develop a team that delivers outstanding customer service Drive sales through strong execution, accountability, and team engagement Create a clean, organized, and visually compelling store environment Manage daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and store standards Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to Red Raider Outfitter standards Foster a positive, high-energy, team-first culture Stay connected to Texas Tech events, product knowledge, and customer trends Communicate product performance and feedback to leadership What We’re Looking For: The most successful leaders in this role consistently demonstrate the following:
