Morning Dietary Aide – Full Time

Schedule: Full-Time | Morning Shift | Every Other Weekend
We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Morning Dietary Aide to join our team at The Woods, A Nightingale Community in Monticello, Arkansas . As a valued member of our dietary team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and service to our residents. What You'll Do
• Assist with breakfast and lunch meal prep, plating, and serving with attention to dietary needs and resident preferences
• Deliver meals to residents with accuracy, kindness, and respect for their individual needs
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for residents and staff
• Wash dishes, restock supplies, and support the cook as needed to ensure smooth operation of the dietary department
• Adhere to all safety and infection-control guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff
