What You’ll Do
As a Lawn Care Technician, you are more than just a technician — you are the face of our company and a trusted advisor to our clients. Every day, you’ll help homeowners create healthier, greener outdoor spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities include:

• Applying top-quality lawn care and pest control treatments
• Diagnosing lawn concerns and recommending solutions
• Operating equipment and maintaining company standards
• Providing excellent customer communication and service
• Working independently while managing an efficient route
• Supporting team goals and daily operations

What We’re Looking For
We want team members who take pride in their work, enjoy being outdoors, and are committed to delivering excellence every day.
Ideal candidates will have:

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate equipment safely
• Ability to stay productive and meet performance goals

Experience in lawn care is a plus — but not required. We’re willing to train the right person with the right mindset, attitude, and willingness to grow.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
