Position Overview
We are hiring dependable and hardworking Irrigation Install Laborers / Landscaping Laborers to support the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems for residential, commercial, and agricultural projects.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with landscaping, construction, or general labor experience, as well as entry-level applicants who enjoy outdoor work and want to learn a skilled trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of irrigation systems, including trenching, pipe laying, and sprinkler installation
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at job sites
- Dig trenches using hand tools or trenching equipment
- Assemble and install piping, valves, timers, and irrigation controllers
- Test systems to ensure proper operation and water coverage
- Perform site cleanup and restoration after installation
- Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
Qualifications
- Experience in landscaping, irrigation, construction, or general labor preferred but not required
- Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic encouraged to apply
- Ability to use hand tools and small equipment (shovels, trenchers, pipe cutters, etc.)
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Working Conditions
Outdoor job sites with exposure to heat, cold, and weather changes
May require early starts or extended hours during peak season
Schedule
Full-time
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
