About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Director of Policy and Research to play a pivotal role in leading its policy team. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with the Vice President of Policy and Research to manage the department, set strategic priorities, and oversee the budget. This senior leadership position is key to the organization's mission of advocating for and legitimizing bold economic concepts through cutting-edge research and the elevation of key champions. The role involves not only managing the policy team but also contributing to the development of program managers and ensuring that the department's work aligns with the company's goal of winning concrete policy victories and challenging conventional economic wisdom. Applicants for the Senior Director of Policy and Research role at the company should be prepared to engage in a dynamic and diverse set of activities. The position requires a deep understanding of economic policy, research methodologies, and the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies.
