Assembly Line Operator / Line Assembler

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble parts and products in 60 seconds on a production line following detailed instructions and diagrams
Meet line targets while maintaining high quality standards
Use hand tools and machinery to complete assemblies efficiently
Perform visual inspections and basic testing to ensure product quality
Troubleshoot and report production issues to supervisors or quality teams
Complete final quality checks before packaging and distribution
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines
Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Rotate through different line functions as needed
Assist with warehouse or material supply tasks when required
Perform basic equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Document production output and report concerns accurately

Qualifications:
Manufacturing or assembly line experience preferred
Mechanical assembly experience a plus
Familiarity with basic assembly techniques and hand tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions with precision
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Team-oriented with a flexible, adaptable mindset
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
