Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is looking for Full-time and Part-time AM and PM Registered Nurses to join our team! Shifts: AM, PM, NOC available The Registered Nurse responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines Supervising CNAs Medication administration Wound and treatment care Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review Assess and address resident pain as necessary and consistent with the doctors’ orders Qualifications & Skills of Registered Nurse Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents CPR Certified Must pass a criminal background check Must work every other weekend Benefits we offer: Competitive rate of pay Affordable health and dental insurance, Free life insurance, Paid time off and extra pay for holidays Sign On Bonus: $6,000 (Full Time)/ $3,000 (Part Time) paid out in 12 months Pick up Bonuses Shift Differentials Perfect Attendance Bonuses RN Longevity Bonuses Tuition ReimbursementCareer Growth Opportunities Educational in-services and seminars We believe the work that we do is a privilege.
