Training & Implementation Lead

At OrthoFi, we empower orthodontic practices across the United States with technology and expertise to grow patient care and practice performance. Our training and implementation lead will roll out OrthoFi products nationwide, partner with practices, manage end-to-end implementation, and support continuous learning and improvement. Roles based outside of our Denver office can sit in any of the following states: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Texas. The Opportunity The Training & Implementation Lead will be responsible for rolling out OrthoFi products and services to orthodontic practices nationwide, partnering with orthodontists and staff to ensure success. The role includes managing end-to-end implementation, scheduling, following project plans, and turning challenges into wins. Typical implementations involve several weeks of remote training and setup, a few days of onsite coaching, and post-implementation support aligned with the Adoption, Account Management, and Training Development teams. The position also involves continuous improvement of training materials, hosting office hours, new staff training, and other educational needs. Trainings and duties may fall outside the standard work hours in the employee’s timezone. They thrive on teamwork, bring creativity, and are enthusiastic about continuous contribution. What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience. A strong desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment. 2-4 years of client-facing training experience in software, service, or processes strongly desired. Excellent presentation skills, professionalism, and poise. Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with others. Results-oriented, demonstrating creative problem solving and innovative thinking. Professional, adaptable communication skills to interact in person, by phone, or email. Excellent work planning and analytical skills; ability to prioritize based on business need. Proven ability to work successfully as part of a team and assist others. Willingness to travel approximately 50 percent of the time in normal seasons, with occasionally higher travel requirements. Compensation $60,000 - $75,000 annual compensation (good faith estimate for Colorado-based hires, as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules).
