Job Overview The client in San Francisco is hiring a Customer Success Manager. This in‑office role offers a salary range of $120,000 - $165,000 per year. Responsibilities Act as the critical liaison between clients and the company’s tech services. Understand customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback. Drive customer success and growth by understanding business needs and helping clients succeed. Qualifications Minimum 3–10 years of experience in a customer‑success SaaS position. Experience working closely with and presenting to C‑level executives. Passion for data, technology, and AI. Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot. Benefits Salary up to $165k. Bonus up to 20%.
