We are looking for a motivated, sales-oriented insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and growing their income through sales performance. Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Insurance Account Representative to join our team. This is a sales-focused position for someone who is already Property & Casualty licensed and is interested in building a rewarding career in insurance sales. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, enjoys talking with customers, follows up consistently, and is motivated by the opportunity to earn commissions and performance bonuses in addition to a competitive base salary. Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective customers. Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. Present and sell State Farm insurance products based on customer needs. Identify opportunities to help new and existing customers with additional insurance products and coverage. Conduct needs-based conversations and provide appropriate insurance recommendations. Meet individual and agency sales goals. Build long-term customer relationships through professional and responsive service. Work collaboratively with the agent and team to support agency growth and customer retention. Qualifications Active Washington Property & Casualty license required. Washington Life & Health license preferred. Previous insurance, financial services, customer-facing sales, or related sales experience preferred. Strong interest in sales and performance-based compensation. Comfortable following up with leads, developing new business, and asking for the sale. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Compensation & Benefits Expected total compensation: $48,000–$70,000+ annually , including base salary, commissions, and performance bonuses. Base salary: $45,000–$50,000 annually , depending on experience. Uncapped commission and performance bonus opportunities based on sales results.
