As a Repossession Agent, you'll work alongside experienced skip tracers and field agents in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This isn't a solo gig—communication, coordination, and support are what drive success here. We're hiring a highly motivated Repossession Agent to join our Mansfield-based recovery team. You'll be responsible for recovering a wide range of collateral—including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, ATVs, and RVs—throughout Mansfield and surrounding areas such as Ontario, Lexington, Ashland, Shelby, Bucyrus, Galion, and Wooster.

This role is best suited for someone who is driven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in the field. Strong tech skills, solid knowledge of the area, and a commitment to safe, professional driving are essential.

Top performers in this role are confident, money-motivated, and know how to communicate effectively under pressure. You'll need to handle interactions professionally and be able to clearly and calmly explain Ohio repossession laws when needed.

• Commission-based earnings: $75–$130 per recovery; most agents complete 4–5 per day
• Weekly earning potential: $1,500–$3,000

Salary Range: $75,000–$95,000

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of repossession or tow truck experience
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Must be 23+ (insurance requirement)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to work nights
