Primary Schedule: Monday – Friday| 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM| Saturday-Sunday 8:00AM-8:00PM Flexibility: Opportunities for additional fill-in and weekend shifts based on individual needds and scheduling. The ideal DSP will be patient, genuine, and supportive while helping the individual work toward their goals. Staff will provide encouragement, listen to their preferences, and support their journey toward greater independence, community involvement, and future goals of having their own living environment. Education: High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience. Clearances: Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings. Mobility: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (essential for community outings). Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends or fill-in shifts as needed. Working Conditions Work is performed in the individual's home, community settings, and agency sites. Position requires standing, walking, driving, and assisting with personal care. May involve physical tasks, lifting, or utilizing mobility-facilitating equipment.
