Retail Sales Associate
Horton's Home Lighting is looking for outgoing, personable, and motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our team at our La Grange showroom. This role focuses on assisting customers with our seasonal merchandise and lighting displays while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
If you enjoy working with people, have an interest in home décor, and want to learn in a beautiful retail environment, this is a great opportunity to grow with one of the premier lighting showrooms in the Western Suburbs.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers shopping seasonal décor and lighting.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product guidance.
- Maintain attractive front-of-store displays and merchandising.
- Learn product features and support the team in delivering a great shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Interest in home décor, seasonal merchandise, and lighting.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
