Customer Service Engineer

Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional technical support and application assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and product success. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries, support product implementation, and contribute to product development. Key Responsibilities Customer Support : Efficiently address customer inquiries related to product usage, troubleshooting, and application support, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Instrument Setup : Guide customers through the setup and configuration of instruments and applications to optimize performance. Issue Resolution : Drive technical issues to closure, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. Software Management : Oversee and execute software upgrade processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption. Product Feedback : Provide expert user testing and actionable feedback to product development teams to enhance product functionality and performance. Custom Development : Support custom development requests, collaborating with customers and internal teams to meet unique requirements. Qualifications Experience : 3–5 years of professional experience in the electronics industry, with a focus on technical support or related roles. Technical Proficiency : Hands-on familiarity with test and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and similar tools. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience). Knowledge of electrical and RF applications is required. Preferred Skills : Experience in designing, testing, or debugging embedded systems is highly desirable. Proficiency : Proficiency in automation tools and programming languages such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, Python, and LXI is a plus.
