Senior Behavioral Health Referrals Coordinator (Remote)

The Senior Behavioral Health Referrals Associate supports Texas Child Mental Health programs within Dell Medical School, coordinating referrals for CPAN, PeriPAN, TCHATT and related services across Texas. Reporting to the Supervisor, Referrals and External Relations, you will work with clinicians, care teams, families, and school partners, handling referrals, data entry in EMR, and outreach to expand provider networks.
