Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Washington SLP license in good standing
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) credential for WA State
• Successful completion of OSPI fingerprinting/background check
• Previous experience in a school-based environment is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals
• Manage a caseload capped at 48 students, though it may flex higher depending on annual needs (typically 48-60)
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in relevant meetings
• Model effective intervention strategies and provide training/resources for staff as necessary
