In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting orders, safely operating powered industrial equipment, reading pick tickets, matching products, and supporting both inbound and outbound warehouse operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow changing instructions, and consistent attendance.Skills and ExperienceSix months to one year of recent work experience required.Reliability: Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.Order Selecting: Accurately pick products using pick tickets and match product descriptions to cases and packages.Equipment Operation: Operate Order Picker, Stand-Up Forklift, Reach Truck, and other MHE/PIV equipment, including Raymond and Crown equipment.Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., with frequent and consistent lifting of 20–50 lbs. throughout the shift.Reading Skills: Must be able to read English part descriptions and match them correctly between pick tickets and product cases/packages.Verbal Instructions: Must be able to comprehend and follow verbal instructions, including frequent changes in work assignments.Warehouse Flexibility: Ability to switch between inbound receiving and outbound picking as needed throughout the day.Production Support: Help keep warehouse operations moving efficiently by completing assigned tasks accurately and safely.Safety Procedures: Follow all workplace safety rules, equipment operating procedures, and company policies.Equipment Checks: Complete basic pre-shift equipment checks and report any issues to leadership.Work Area Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse area throughout the shift.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, lift, move, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment for the full shift.Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.BenefitsDon't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.Weekly pay$5 prescription drugs$5 doctor's visit copaysFree teledoctor serviceFree counseling servicesLife insurance includedVision insurance includedDental insurance includedVacation and holiday payScholarship Opportunities401(k) retirement planFree legal servicesOur unbeatable employee discount programApply now so we can hold a spot for you.
