Details Short-term acute care hospital with 325 staffed beds Work within the Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology Services department Perform diagnostic procedures, PCI (stents, balloon angioplasty, laser, rotablator, impella, IABP, CTO), Structural Heart procedures (TAVR, balloon valvuloplasty, Watchman), and Electrophysiology procedures (EPS, Afib/flutter ablations, BIV and pacemaker implants) Uses EPIC charting system 4x10 hour day shifts from 0630-1700 On-call requirement of 1 call day per week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks May be required to float between sister facilities within the state Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience as a Cath Lab/EP Technologist required BLS and ACLS certification required ARRT-R or CCI RCIS certification required (not both) WA RT or CIS license required (not both) - license required if applicable Teaching hospital and community hospital experience required Epic EMR experience required Rhythm interpretation skills preferred Skilled in EKG lead placement, room circulating, and maintaining a sterile field Experience with cardiac stent placement, left and right heart catheterization, PCI, and PTCA Experience with TAVR and Watchman procedures preferred Skilled in temporary pacemaker insertion and thrombolysis/thrombectomy procedures Coil embolization experience preferred Additional Information Perform a full range of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including EP studies, arrhythmia induction, cardiac mapping, and device implants Two supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years are required Candidates must disclose any prior employment history at Providence facilities, including permanent, travel, or per-diem roles Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 3-month waiting period, provided they reside more than 50 miles from the facility First-time travelers will not be considered for this role Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) All RTO requests must be submitted upfront during the application process, with minimal RTO preferred Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for the travel contract rate Travelers may be required to float between sister facilities within the region American Traveler Job ID P-741314.
