Lead a clinic where your impact is immediate and visible. We're hiring a Clinic Director for our Cameron, NC location - a close-knit Sandhills community where quality outpatient care is still hard to come by, and where the right leader can build something real. You'll inherit a team already known locally for its collaborative culture, treating orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain using dry needling, blood flow restriction training, manual therapy, and pelvic health services.

Mentorship runs both ways here. As Clinic Director, you'll mentor your team's clinical growth through Evidence In Motion (EIM) while receiving your own leadership development and support - this isn't a role where you're left to figure it out alone. You'll shape budgets, scheduling, and growth strategy with real autonomy, and have a genuine path forward into regional leadership if that's the direction you want to take your career.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care while overseeing clinic operations to ensure exceptional service and outcomes
• Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff to build a high-performing, patient-focused team
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to drive financial success and operational efficiency
• Expand clinic visibility through community outreach, marketing, and patient engagement initiative

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in North Carolina
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems.
