Retail Sales AssociateZWILLING J.A. Henckels, a world-class cutlery and cookware company, is looking for part-time Sales Associates to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, self-motivated, team player with a strong focus on customer service and a culinary passion! Foodservice, cooking experience a plus! Mandarin, Korean, Spanish bi-lingual speakers desired.Responsibilities and Duties:Ensure outstanding and consistent customer serviceMaintain an attractive and inviting store environmentShow and demonstrate products to encourage customer engagementDevelop and maintain strong customer relationshipsAssist in receiving shipments in an organized and timely mannerMaintain a pleasant, cohesive, and cooperative work atmosphereQualifications and Skills:Enjoy cooking and entertainingEnjoy talking with and educating customers about productsAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights & weekendsCommitment to customer service and constant improvementRetail sales experience preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional attitude and ability to be flexible and adapt to changeAble to stand and/or walk for extended periods of timeAble to lift 35 lbs. or more and comfortable using a ladderU.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
