Employment Type Part-time Requirements Dentrix Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant - with management course - Dentrix software knowledge - Billing and treatment coordinator experience Job Description Greet and check in patients in a warm and welcoming manner Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Collect and verify insurance information and patient records Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing Maintain an organized and clean front desk and waiting area Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry Comply with HIPAA and other privacy and health regulations Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Retirement plan 401k, dental benefits, medical benefits, retirement, vacation Jobley Bonus: $37 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule 3 days to 4 days 9am-6pm About the Practice Name: OC Dental Specialist Location: 15825 laguna canyon rd ,suite 206, Irvine, CA 92618
