Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Revenue Cycle in Texas for one of our home health and hospice clients. Position details include:
Position Title: Vice President of Revenue Cycle
Location: Texas
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Experience: Senior revenue cycle leadership experience in home health required
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentive program

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Home health billing and reimbursement expertise required
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and payer reimbursement structures
- Multi-site revenue cycle oversight experience preferred
- Proven ability to improve collections, reduce AR days, and optimize billing operations
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight of revenue cycle operations across the organization
- Manage billing, collections, reimbursement, and revenue integrity processes
- Monitor key performance indicators including AR days, denial rates, and collections
- Ensure compliance with payer regulations and documentation requirements
- Lead revenue cycle teams and implement operational improvements
- Partner with finance and executive leadership to optimize financial performance
