Senior Data Analyst - AI, Operations & Supply Chain

Bio-Techne seeks a Senior Data Analyst to drive supply chain optimization and operational performance through analytics and applied AI. The role combines data analysis, process improvement, and automation to enhance service, cost efficiency, and inventory management across manufacturing and global operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze transactional, demand, and production data to identify inefficiencies and root causes in order flow and delivery
- Build models and processes to improve inventory health, anticipate shortages, and align stock with demand using statistical methods
- Develop decision-ready dashboards and analytical tools harmonizing data from multiple ERPs into a single source of truth
- Integrate AI-enabled automation and agentic workflows to turn unstructured supply chain data into actionable insights
- Lead analytics initiatives end-to-end and mentor team members on best practices and capability development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, finance, analytics, industrial engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of data analytics experience with strong operations and supply chain background
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL for operational analytics
- Experience with predictive modeling, regression analysis, and correlation techniques
- Manufacturing or warehouse operations background including production scheduling and capacity planning
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process excellence methodologies
- Hands-on experience with multi-source data, Python, Databricks, and ERP systems
Compensation: $78,100-$128,500 base
