This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking for a long-term career with a growing company. Immediate openings are available, with additional hiring anticipated in the near future.ResponsibilitiesAssemble industrial equipment, parts, subassemblies, and complete systems.Read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and wiring diagrams.Use hand tools, hardware, and components to build finished products.Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Mechanical aptitude with previous assembly experience.Experience using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and similar equipment.Ability to read wiring diagrams is highly preferred.English fluency of approximately 70-80% is acceptable.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.What We OfferCompetitive pay: $22.00-$27.00/hour, depending on experience.Full-time, 1st Shift schedule (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM).Evaluation-to-Hire opportunity with long-term career potential.Opportunity to join a growing manufacturing operation with room for advancement.Pre-Employment RequirementsSuccessfully pass a background check.Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
