If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a QA Tester to join our team in Remote, New York (US-NY), United States (US).Key Roles and Responsibilities:Develop a comprehensive test strategy outlining the overall approach to testing software applications.Create standardized test plans to serve as a blueprint for all testing activities and to provide the team with a structured approach.Manage the testing team by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress.Provide guidance, support, and training to team members, helping them to improve their skills and productivity.Review test artifacts such as test cases, test scripts, and test data to ensure their quality, consistency, and adherence to the test strategy and plan.Consolidate and analyze test results and prepare comprehensive test reports at the project and team level.Proactively identify areas to promote and provide additional testing services to clients.Formulate and present proposals for consideration based on research and extensive expertise in this area.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in test strategy development and management.Proficiency in test planning and strategy.Knowledge of test automation methods and tools and their practical application.Proficiency in test case development.Proficiency in managing software defects and the use of related tools.Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks in the testing process.Proficiency in performance testing techniques and tools.Familiarity with Project Management and Agile principles and practices.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
