We're currently hiring Overnight Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home senior care for clients throughout DuPage County, Illinois . This position is ideal for caregivers who are dependable, attentive, and passionate about helping seniors remain safe and comfortable in their own homes during overnight hours.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide attentive overnight supervision and companionship. 
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including toileting, personal hygiene, and nighttime routines. 
• Support mobility, repositioning, and safe transfers to reduce fall risks. 
• Provide incontinence care while maintaining dignity and respect. 
• Monitor changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly. 
• Offer medication reminders according to the client's care plan. 
• Perform light housekeeping and prepare snacks or beverages when appropriate. 
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care team.

We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Private Duty Caregiver preferred. 
• Experience providing senior care, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, companion care, hospice support, or in-home caregiving is highly valued. 
• Compassionate, dependable, observant, and committed to exceptional client care. 
• Ability to work independently in a client's home. 
• Valid Driver's License. 
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance. 
• Ability to pass a background check. 
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
