Litigation Attorney - Insurance Defense (In-Person or Remote)

We are a fast‑growing insurance defense firm that handles premises liability and construction defect claims. Our attorneys manage a smaller case load, typically 15‑20 cases, which allows more time and resources to defend cases effectively. We are currently looking for an attorney with at least two (2) years of practical experience in civil defense, preferably in general liability. Partners or attorneys with additional experience are also welcome. Responsibilities Proactively manage cases from inception to resolution. Prepare and present litigation in civil defense matters. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategy and improve outcomes. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of civil defense practice, preferably in general liability. Strong motivation, conscientiousness, and passion for litigation. Desire to grow and become a partner within the firm. Successful candidates may advance quickly to partnership. Flexible work arrangements, including remote and part‑time options, are available as appropriate.
