In this role, you will provide nutritional care, supervise food service associates, and promote a culture of wellness for residents and staff. Responsibilities Medical Nutrition Therapy & Care Planning: Deliver comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and manage individualized resident nutrition care plans to support health and well‑being. Regulatory Guidance & Compliance: Provide expertise on meal service operations and ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards. Menu Development & Innovation: Collaborate on menu planning that reflects wellness trends, nutritional best practices, and resident preferences. Staff Leadership & Training: Supervise, coach, and train dining and nutrition staff to uphold quality standards and enhance resident satisfaction. Quality & Performance Improvement: Participate in quality assurance and satisfaction initiatives aimed at continuously improving nutrition services and overall care. Qualifications Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable. 1+ year of senior living experience preferred. Supervisory experience and ServSafe® certification desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programs. Ability to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation. Certain positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening.
