Contract

Hybrid- Denver, CO

Must Haves:

1+ year in a legal administration role

Experience working for either a corporate business attorney or litigation attorney

Clear and grammatically correct verbal and written communication skills

MS Office experience and the ability to learn new programs

Plus:

Experience from a larger firm ( on the Am Law list a plus)

Exposure to things like VC, emerging markets, or M&A

iManage ( document management system)

Prior experience being in a firm w/ high volume and not outdated technology
