We are currently seeking a skilled Test Technician for a direct-hire opportunity in Aloha, OR. This onsite day-shift role is ideal for a detail-oriented electronics professional with experience testing, troubleshooting, and supporting high-quality medical device products.

Test Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $25.00 to $27.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )
- Perform electrical testing of analog, digital, mixed-signal, RF, and Doppler ultrasound products.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics at the printed circuit board (PCB) level.
- Execute testing procedures and accurately document results.
- Read and interpret schematics, test procedures, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Identify defects and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Perform PCB rework, repairs, and basic soldering as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve product issues.
- Maintain test equipment and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product testing and reliability.
Test Technician Qualifications:
- Experience performing electronic or electrical testing in a manufacturing, laboratory, or technical environment.
- Basic soldering skills.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical documents.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience testing analog, digital, mixed-signal, RF, or ultrasound equipment.
- PCB-level troubleshooting and rework experience. •
- Background in electronics technology, electrical engineering technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and other electronic test equipment
