Company Description Mid Tenn Ford Truck Sales Inc. is a family-owned and operated dealership serving the Nashville area since 1969, located on Foster Avenue off Murfreesboro Road. The company offers a full line of Ford trucks, vans, SUVs, and crossovers, supported by light and heavy-duty service departments known for getting repairs done correctly the first time. Its parts department is an authorized Sterling dealer and recognized as Ford’s number one Powerstroke Diesel dealer in Tennessee, ranking in the Top 50 nationwide. Mid Tenn also operates a collision center on Spence Lane that provides body repair for all makes and models using state-of-the-art equipment. The team is dedicated to being a one-stop shop, delivering high-quality products and service to every customer.
Role Description The Commercial Sales team member will focus on building and maintaining relationships with commercial customers, including businesses that rely on trucks, vans, and fleet vehicles. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting professional sales presentations, recommending appropriate vehicle and service solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing. The role also involves coordinating with service, parts, and collision center teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely follow-up. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, requiring consistent in-person engagement with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Sales and New Business Development skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow commercial accounts.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and professional interpersonal skills.
- Experience delivering effective Sales Presentations tailored to commercial and fleet customers.
- Knowledge of automotive or truck sales, fleet solutions, or related industry experience is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple customer accounts, and maintain organized records and follow-up activities.
- Comfort using dealership systems, CRM software, and basic office tools (email, spreadsheets, and digital forms).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a variety of vehicle types.
