CNA/Telemetry Tech - Part-Time - Med/Surg

The Unit Secretary/Telemetry Technician is a clinical position responsible for monitoring the heart monitors and providing support services to the hospital nursing staff utilizing the established standards of care and standards practice for the patient population it serves. Through collaboration with all member of the health-care team, strives to support a patient centered culture and gain knowledge and skills to further the practice of the quality of patient services provided at WMRMC. The Unit Secretary/Telemetry Technician functions under the direction of the Nurse Manager and/or the Chief Nursing Officer and exercises independent judgement in applying professional knowledge required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified responsibilities in the delivery of quality patient care. Required Experience Part-Time - With Benefits Knowledge regarding the nursing process and its application, including the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care Preferred Education & Experience One (1) year previous experience in patient care setting Required Licensees & Certifications Valid registration as a Certified Licensed Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Arizona Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Preferred Licensees & Certifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Equal Opportunity Employer White Mountain Regional Medical Center is an equal opportunity employer.
