Business Operations Analyst Select Select's Operations Analyst supports business operations by analyzing requirements. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Assesses current practices, collects information and analyzes industry trends to determine organizational objectives. Designs new projects/programs by analyzing clients' requirements. Makes recommendations and improves system by studying the products. Prepares technical reports by analyzing and summarizing the information and trends. Other duties may be assigned. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: 2 to 4 years of related work experience is required. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Problem management. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Analytical thinking skills.
