Associate Sales Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time)

An active Ohio Property & Casualty license is required for this role. P rior Allstate experience in property and casualty insurance sales is a must.

Required Skills

• Support the sales team by handling backend paperwork and administrative tasks
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
• Assist with data entry, client file maintenance, and follow-up communications
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience

Responsibilities Include

• Work in-office Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred

We will develop and train on strategies, sales techniques, sales processes and much more.

Benefits

• Base pay $20 per hour (higher base negotiable depending on licensing and experience)
• Commission (14% on all sales production)
