About the Role:
Seema Y Haque MD PA is looking for a friendly and organized Medical Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Arlington, TX. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and demographic information in the EMR system
• Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and communication between patients and clinical staff
• Ensure the front office and waiting area remain organized and presentable

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a medical front office or healthcare administrative role preferred
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical scheduling software
• Knowledge of medical insurance verification, co-pays, and billing basics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office certification a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
