$100K - $160K Base Salary
✅ Experience leading and developing HR professionals
✅ Strong Employee Labor & Union Relations and workplace investigations expertise
✅ Talent Acquisition, Leave of Absence, and Accommodation experience
✅ Ability to coach and advise leadership on complex employee matters
✅ Bachelor's degree required
✅ SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred Why This Role? High-impact HR leadership position
