What you’ll do As a Full‑Time Member Specialist Team Associate, you will: Play a Key Role: Make our club a vibrant part of the Lebanon community by supporting membership drives and increasing sales through new member sign‑ups. Commitment to Full‑Time Availability: Available to work 40 hours per week between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, five days per week, including at least one weekend day, through the grand opening and beyond. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
