Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour Shift: Rotating shift schedule 7:20am-7:30pm & 7:20pm-7:30am; 3 on days - 1 off - 3 on nights - 3 off and 4 on days, then 1 week off Why you should apply to be a Manufacturing Technician:

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Technician? You’ll be:

• Troubleshooting equipment, identifying root causes, and taking corrective action to resolve problems
• Recognizing quality issues, making adjustments to ensure excellent product quality
• Performing general upkeep on equipment to improve reliability and process consistency
• Applying knowledge of manufacturing processes to achieve and exceed production targets
• Handling materials, including proper packaging and labeling of products
• Repairing breaks and splicing ends throughout the creel and production line
• Inspecting splices in fiber and setting up fiber paths from creel to winding using production forms
• Working around mechanical machinery and adhering to safety protocols

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have proven experience in a manufacturing or production technician role 
• Possess strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude 
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality 
• Are comfortable working around mechanical machinery and on a rotating shift schedule 
• Have a good work ethic and understand the importance of reliable attendance 
• Have experience with material handling and an understanding of production processes 
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
