Direct Support Professional (DSP) Freeland, PA Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and throughout the community in the Scranton, PA area. Position Summary As a Direct Support Professional, you will work closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing personalized support both in the home and during community activities. You will help individuals develop life skills, achieve personal goals, and enjoy meaningful experiences while promoting independence and dignity.
