Responsibilities Lead your team to consistently meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards Provide smiling, friendly service to guests Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals Manage a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a successful team Help prepare and serve delicious southern foods (did someone say chicken?)
