Job Description:
Respond to property damage service calls while practicing excellent customer service skills. Support the inventorying, packing, safe removal, transportation, storage, and special damage cleaning of customer belongings and premises.
 
Responsibilities:
· Perform detailed cleaning services, movement, and care for the belongs of customer who have suffered property losses due to fire, water, mold, or biohazards.
· Ensure clear communications with Mitigation Restoration teams, following their direction and keeping them informed.
· Identify safety hazards and follow control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and other workers.
· Set up staging areas and equipment for each project ensuring a clean safe, and organized work environment.
· Maintain an orderly work area that keeps customers confident that we are providing the utmost care for their homes, businesses, and personal belongings.
· Maintain storage warehouse cleanliness and organization.
· Protect and use equipment and materials properly.

Qualifications:

• Must absolutely have a strong work ethic and a positive team attitude!
• We work hard, we have fun, we have each other’s backs, and we don’t tolerate slackers.
• Some experience in white-glove packing, moving, cleaning, or restoration.
• Experience in infectious cleaning helpful.
• Dependable transportation.
• Effective verbal communication.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions.

Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
· Ability to access and work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
