Responsibilities Provide personalized speech therapy to pediatric patients, developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to their individual needs. Specialize in feeding! A feeding-forward caseload will be built, while still working with speech and language needs some of the time. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes. Track patient progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation. Educate families on therapy strategies, home care techniques, and feeding-related concerns.
