About Us
Become a part of our expanding oral and maxillofacial surgery practice located in Southeast/Central Michigan! Founded by Army veterans, Drs. Adam and Brittany Eidson, our mission is to empower patients to achieve a healthier and more confident lifestyle. We are currently looking for a driven Associate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our vibrant team. Our cutting-edge facility in Brighton, along with plans for a second location in Lansing, provides an outstanding environment for both novice and seasoned surgeons to flourish.
Position Overview
This role presents an exciting chance to be part of a comprehensive practice equipped with an in-house operating room. We offer mentorship for new surgeons and a wealth of resources for experienced professionals to thrive. Our commitment lies in delivering exceptional patient care within a modern and supportive setting.
Key Highlights:
- Comprehensive Practice: Participate in a diverse array of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including all-on-X, orthognathic, TMJ, and optional cosmetic surgeries.
- In-House Operating Room: Conduct surgeries in our state-of-the-art, fully equipped surgical suite.
- Mentorship & Development: Customized support for new surgeons and avenues for established professionals to enhance their practice.
- Flexible Work Schedule: Choose to work between 3 to 5 days a week to align with your personal lifestyle.

- Resident-Assisted Hospital Call: Provide mentorship to residents during trauma and infection calls.

Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Possession of a valid Michigan dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- A strong dedication to patient care and teamwork.
