Do you excel at turning questions into clarity? As a Public Assistance Program Customer Care Advisor, you’ll be the first voice clients hear when they need help completing assistance applications. Your calm approach, attention to detail, and clear communication will help people access important programs.

Could This Be You?

• Are you comfortable handling a steady flow of inbound calls and placing follow-up outbound calls?
• Can you explain program information and provide basic technical guidance with patience?
• Do you document interactions meticulously in information management systems?
• Can you maintain confidentiality while navigating multiple databases?

Schedule, Pay, and Employment

• Hourly pay: $16.00
• Work hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Availability: Must be available between 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Contract term: Indefinite

Training & Location Details

Noble, Oklahoma — Training is in-person only at a Noble, OK facility for an initial 6 weeks. Depending on organizational needs, on-site training may extend to 3–6 months . After completing required training, the role operates remotely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent blend of education and job-related experience
• 6–12 months of experience in customer service, education, technical assistance, social services, or general office work
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm ; adept with computers and phone communication
• Willingness to complete mandatory on-site training in Noble, OK
