Registered Nurse - Surgical ICU

Position: Registered Nurse in Surgical Intensive Care Unit Responsibilities Include Providing high-acuity post-surgical care for critically ill patients Managing ventilators, intravenous drips, and complex hemodynamic monitoring Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and responding rapidly to changes in condition Implementing evidence-based interventions and ensuring accurate documentation in EMR Collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Supporting and educating patients' families Maintaining safety and infection-control standards Engaging in continuous learning within a mission-driven, faith-based environment Qualifications & Skills Current Registered Nurse licensure Experience or knowledge in critical care nursing, especially post-surgical and ventilator management Strong assessment and rapid response skills Excellent collaboration, communication, and educational abilities Commitment to safety, infection control, and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Here
