Gerente de Cuenta de Mantenimiento del Paisaje de Propiedad

El Gerente de Cuentas Sr. de Propiedades maneja proactivamente múltiples propiedades residenciales y de jardines de alta gama para asegurar el cumplimiento con los diseños del PLM y las obligaciones contractuales. Este individuo es responsable del mantenimiento de propiedades y proyectos que cumplen con las expectativas del cliente en términos de apariencia, programación y presupuesto. Los candidatos calificados tienen un ojo intachable para el detalle y una sólida comprensión de las tendencias y mejores prácticas dentro del jardinería de propiedades. El candidato adecuado para este puesto tendrá un conocimiento y experiencia integrales en prácticas hortícolas correctas para implementar técnicas adecuadas de poda, cuidado del césped y mantenimiento de plantas ornamentales en jardines únicos y elaboradamente diseñados. El Gerente de Cuentas Sr. de Propiedades trabaja en colaboración con el Director de Operaciones para manejar las necesidades dentro de los parámetros contractuales y presupuestarios. Supervisa la actividad de los equipos y trabaja estrechamente con el personal de producción en cuanto a programación, eficiencias, calidad y servicio al cliente. Asegura que todos los servicios contractuales proporcionados sean de óptima calidad y se completen a tiempo. Mantiene relaciones positivas con los clientes a través de comunicaciones profesionales, transparentes y oportunas sobre el servicio y productos de paisajismo. Visión, misión y objetivos de la compañía. Representa a PLM en varios eventos, organizaciones y asociaciones con el propósito de construir relaciones y generar nuevos negocios. Se mantiene al tanto de las "mejores prácticas" en respuesta a las oportunidades del mercado y las estrategias de la competencia para desarrollar y recomendar métodos y procesos de trabajo mejorados. Establece y mantiene buenas relaciones de trabajo y comunicación con otros miembros del equipo. Fomenta comunicaciones y relaciones positivas con todos los empleados, miembros de la gerencia, proveedores y clientes externos. Cumpla y haga cumplir todas las políticas y directrices de la empresa.
